 Ultrasound Findings:

Right Testis:

Size: [45 × 23 × 20 mm] Volume: 10.5 mL.

Echotexture: Homogeneous with maintained shape & outline. The echotexture is maintained.

Focal Lesions/Masses: No well-formed mass lesion is seen.

Left Testis:

Size: [45 × 23 × 20 mm] Volume: 10.5 mL.

Echotexture: Homogeneous with maintained shape & outline. The echotexture is maintained.

Focal Lesions/Masses: No well-formed mass lesion is seen.

Epididymis:

Right: Epididymis appear normal in shape & outline. The Echo pattern is maintained.

Left: Epididymis appear normal in shape & outline. The Echo pattern is maintained.

Scrotal Structures:

Hydrocele: No collection is seen in scrotal sacs.

Scrotal Wall Thickening: Normal [5mm].

Spermatic Cord: Shows Multiple dilated veins in the each pampiniform plexus, measuring

up to 3.8 mm in diameter (Right side) and 5.2mm in diameter (Left side). On Valsalva

maneuver, the vein diameter is increased with retrograde venous flow seen on Color

Doppler.


Doppler Evaluation: Testicular Blood Flow- Normal.

Impression: Findings suggestive of Bilateral varicocele with venous dilatation and reflux on Valsalva maneuver.
Recommendations: clinical correlation and further evaluation if symptomatic (pain, infertility).
