Case Presentation:
Date of examination 02/02/2025.
A 28-year-old female history of vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain.
Gravida: 2, Para: 1
LMP: Estimated 11 weeks ago

Crown-Rump Length (CRL): 48.1mm (appropriate for GA)

Findings:

Gestational sac: Normal in shape and position
Fetus: Single live intrauterine pregnancy
Amniotic fluid: Normal volume
Placenta: Anterior, low-lying but not previa
Fetus: Single live intrauterine pregnancy
Amniotic fluid: Normal volume
Placenta: Anterior, low-lying but not previa
Subchorionic Hemorrhage:
Hypoechoic crescent-shaped collection along the uterine wall adjacent to the gestational sac considered to sub-chorionic hemorrhage. Measures of 72mm x 11mm.
Evidence of increased vascularity (suggesting active bleeding)
Impression: Moderate subchorionic hemorrhage in a viable intrauterine pregnancy at 11 weeks 4 days
