अभ्यर्थियों के लिए निर्देश / Instructions for Candidates

अभ्यर्थी द्वारा ओ.एम.आर. उत्तर पत्रक में पंजीयन संख्या, अनुक्रमांक, प्रश्न पुस्तिका क्रमांक, परीक्षा केन्द्र कोड तथा परीक्षा तिथि आदि सभी प्रविष्टियाँ काले/नीले बॉल प्वॉइंट पेन से भरनी अनिवार्य हैं। ओ.एम. आर. उत्तर पत्रक में प्रश्न पुस्तिका क्रमांक की प्रविष्टि न करने अथवा ग़लत भरने की दशा में ओ.एम.आर. उत्तर पत्रक का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जाएगा और इसके लिए अभ्यर्थी स्वयं ज़िम्मेदार होगा।

It is compulsory for candidate to fill all entries on the OMR Answer Sheet like Registration No, Roll No., Question Booklet No., Exam Centre Code and Examination Date etc. using Black/Blue ball point pen. In case of making no entry or making wrong entry of Question Booklet No. on OMR Answer Sheet, the evaluation of OMR Answer Sheet shall not be done and the candidate himself herself will be responsible for it.

1. परीक्षा प्रारम्भ होते ही प्रश्न पुस्तिका एवं ओ.एम. आर. उत्तर पत्रक की भली-भाँति जाँच कर यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि प्रश्न पुस्तिका में प्रश्न क्रमांक 1 से अंतिम प्रश्न क्रमांक 100 तक सभी प्रश्न क्रमवार मुद्रित हैं एवं प्रश्न पुस्तिका में सभी पृष्ठ मौजूद हैं। अभ्यर्थी को, उपलब्ध कराए गए सील्ड पैकेट में रक्षित प्रश्न पुस्तिका तथा उसके साथ रखे गए ओ.एम. और. उत्तर पत्रक का ही प्रयोग करना होगा। किसी भी प्रकार की ऐसी विसंगति होने पर, अभ्यर्थी प्रश्न पुस्तिका एवं ओ.एम.आर. उत्तर पत्रक अंतरीक्षक से बदलवा लें। परीक्षा प्रारम्भ होने के 5 मिनट के पश्चात् ऐसी स्थिति में किसी आपत्ति पर कोई विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

At the start of the examination, check your Question Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet and ensure that all the questions from S. No. 1 to last S. No. 100 are printed and all the pages are present in the Question Booklet. The candidate will have to use only the OMR Answer Sheet and the Question Booklet kept in the sealed packet. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate should replace the Question Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet from the invigilator. No objection in this regard will be entertained after 5 minutes of start of examination.

2. सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। सभी प्रश्नों के अंक समान हैं।

Answer all questions. All questions carry equal marks.

3. प्रत्येक प्रश्न का केवल एक ही उत्तर दीजिए। ओवरराइटिंग और एक से अधिक उत्तर देने की दशा में प्रश्न के उत्तर को सलत माना जाएगा तथा ऐसे प्रत्येक उत्तर के लिए एक-चौथाई अंक काटा जाएगा। किसी प्रश्न को अनुत्तरित छोड़ने पर शून्य अंक दिया जाएगा।

Only one answer is to be given for each question. Overwriting and marking multiple answers will be considered as wrong answers and 1/4 mark will be deducted for each such answer. Leaving a question unanswered will get zero mark.

4. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के पाँच वैकल्पिक उत्तर दिए गए हैं, जिन्हें क्रमशः (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) अंकित किया गया है। आपको सही उत्तर निर्दिष्ट करते हुए उनमें से केवल एक गोले अथवा बबल को ओ.एम. आर. उत्तर पत्रक पर काले/नीले बॉल प्वॉइंट पेन से भरना है।

Each question has five alternative responses marked serially as (A), (B), (C), (D), (B). You have to darken only one circle or bubble indicating the correct answer on the OMR Answer Sheet using Black/Blue Ball Point Pen.

5. कैल्कुलेटर, मोबाइल फोन/ब्लुटुथ डिवाइस अथवा अन्य किसी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक यंत्र का परीक्षा ऐसी कोई वर्जित सामग्री मिलती है तो उसके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी। हॉल में प्रयोग पूर्णतया वर्जित है। यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी के पास ऐसी कोई वर्जित सामग्री मिलर्ती है तो उसके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कठोर कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

Use of Calculator, Mobile Phone/Bluetooth devices or any other electronic gadget in the examination hall is strictly prohibited. If any such prohibited material is found with any candidate, strict action will be taken against him/her as per rule.

6. यदि किसी प्रश्न के हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी रूपान्तरों में किसी प्रकार की कोई मुद्रण या तथ्यात्मक प्रकार की अस्पष्टता / त्रुटि हो, तो प्रश्न का अंग्रेज़ी रूपान्तरण मान्य होगा।

If there is any sort of ambiguity/mistake either of printing or factual nature in Hindi and English Versions of the question, the English Version will be treated as standard.

7. अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा भवन छोड़ने से पहले ओ.एम. आर. उत्तर पत्रक की सभी तीनों प्रतियों को अलग किए बिना अंतरीक्षक को सौंप दें, अन्यथा अभ्यर्थी उचित दण्ड / वैधानिक कार्रवाई के पात्र होंगे। ओ.एम. आर. उत्तर पत्रक की अभ्यर्थी प्रति अंतरीक्षक द्वारा अलग करके अभ्यर्थी को दे दी जाएगी।

Before leaving the Examination, Hall candidate must hand over the three copies of OMR Answer Sheet to the invigilator without separating them, otherwise Mister Sheet the for appropriate penal / legal action. invigilator will hand over the candidate's copy of OMR Answer Sheet to the candidate after separating it.

8. परीक्षा समाप्ति के उपरान्त अभ्यर्थी अपनी ओ. एम. आर. उत्तर पत्रक की तृतीय प्रति (अभ्यर्थी प्रति) तथा अपनी प्रयुक्त प्रश्न पुस्तिका ले जा सकते हैं।

After the completion of the exam, candidates can take their OMR answer sheet's third copy (candidate copy) and their used question booklet. After the exam is over
